Cadila’s Commitment Stories – October 2020

One of the bright rays of light emerging from the pandemic has been the immense display of pro-social and humanitarian behavior. For Cadila Pharmaceuticals, care and compassion are the key drivers for emerging triumphant amidst all crisis– be it through designing affordable and innovative healthcare products or services, nurturing young leaders or standing beside people in times of need.

We launched new products like cardiovascular drug Tikacad to provide quality care and affordable medication to heart patients. Our experts spoke about the role of block chain in the Pharma Revolution to bring about smoother delivery of healthcare and services. On World Psoriasis Day, on 29th October we dedicated ourselves in spreading awareness about Psoriasis through facts and myths and highlighting the role of Biosimilar as a cost-effective option for the treatment of Psoriasis. Our leaders shed light on how the pharma industry has to evolve to adapt itself to the changing consumer beliefs and behavior in the new normal. October also marked the launch of the eighth chapter of iamicon – one of the largest innovation conclaves bringing top healthcare professionals to one platform to discuss latest innovations of the world. This month, we welcomed our youngest leaders and as they embark on their professional journey, our senior leadership shared guidance and tips for the same.  Keeping the message of compassion alive, Cadila Pharma and Akshya Patra foundation continued with distribution of essential food items to the students who have been missing mid-day meals during lockdown.

Healthy people and a healthy world are both strengthened immeasurably by having compassion at the heart of health. Read about how the care continues at Cadila always.
