Pratima Ram is an experienced banker with three decades in corporate, international, investment and retail banking.
Pratima held the position of Chief General Manager and Country Head of the United States Operations of State Bank of India, New York. Prior to this, she was the CEO of the South African operations at Johannesburg. On leaving the public sector, she joined Punj Lloyd Group as Group President Finance and later was the CEO and Whole Time Director of India Infoline Finance Ltd.
She is an Independent Director on boards of corporates in the electrical, auto, energy, healthcare and mining industry. She also mentors start-ups in IT, renewable energy and agriculture sectors. She has been associated with CII for their programmes for small and medium industry.

He was a Managing Director in Menarini India and was earlier associated with UCB Pharma as the Managing Director in India and then as the Regional Director in Asia Pacific. Before joining Artiman, Dr. Singh was the President and CEO of Biolmagene, USA. Before Biolmagene, he had spent nearly twenty years at Siemens in various roles, most recently as CEO of its Digital Imaging and Medical Informatics business. He was also a faculty at Princeton University. He has published two books and numerous refereed articles and holds five patents.

He was most recently the CEO and founder of Agilis International, Inc. a leader in big data and AI. Agilis solutions were deployed in major telecommunications carriers across the globe. Agilis was acquired by HIG capital, a PE company.
In addition to Agilis, Mr. Matharu founded Omniglobe International, a leader in outsourced provisioning for telecommunications service providers. Omniglobe acquired BPO services business from Syncronoss (Nasdaq: SNCR) to form Sequential Technologies and he still serves on the board. Omniglobe was one of the critical vendors during the launch of the first iPhone.
Mr. Matharu also founded Fiducianet LLC a leader in providing just in time lawful intercept solution for major network providers in the US. Fiducianet was acquired by Neustar (NYSE: NSR)
Currently Mr. Matharu serves on multiple boards and manages his investment fund.
