Cadila Young Leadership Program (CYLP)

CYLP is our flagship management training initiative that recognizes and trains young graduates to become future leaders under the guidance of our senior leadership. Under this elite program, we recruit talented and energetic young minds from India’s finest institutes such as NMIMS, IIM Ranchi, IIM Lucknow, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Guwahati, XIMB, etc. This campus to corporate program provides young graduates with a holistic development opportunity with training on strategy, soft-skills, decision making and project management.

Learn2Lead

At Cadila, we believe effective leadership is always a journey. To facilitate this growth journey, Cadila launched Learn2Lead, a leadership development program for middle to senior level managers. Through this learning initiative, leaders are aligned with the Cadila competency framework. The learning courses are facilitated by academicians of premier institutes such as MICA, Ahmedabad and NIRMA University.
