Where as Cadila Pharma being confident of spearheading growth among the industry decided to take strong strategic approach for improving "Reach &Penetration" to capture larger market share in major therapeutic markets.

100 Team members have been elevated by the turn of New Year on Jan 1st. 2012 which includes around 62 Field Officers, 25 Area Business Managers and 8 Sales Managers of the Magna division have been promoted to the ranks of Area Business Manager, Sales Manager and Assistant General Manager respectively.
These promotions, expansion & Startegic approach of Therapy Focus will definitely improve our competitive edge in the Pharma Market in India.
This also increases responsibility of all of us to ensure better customer service at the level of our esteemed Drs & Retailers.
