Igniting Inspiration

With porcelain cutlery and sumptuous snacks, ‘High Tea – Rendezvous with the Senior Leadership’ was introduced at Cadila. This unique employee engagement initiative is designed as an opportunity for Cadilians across functions to unwind at the end of the day with intellectual and informal conversations with key business leaders, some of whom they may not get a chance to interact with otherwise.

This initiative is a regular feature wherein a single leader interacts with employees who are nominated by their HODs to attend the gathering; no other leaders or seniors are present. The whole ambience is that of a sophisticated high-tea. Guests receive customized invites with no knowledge of the identity of the leader. The leaders share various candid moments about their childhood days, career struggles and experience with Cadila, enthusing positivity in the room. It is an inspiring and different kind of gathering with true inter-departmental interaction and many lighter moments. High Tea has proved to be a cool breeze in the busy schedules of Pharma Cadilians.
