A 17-year-old girl from Surat has undergone surgery for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, a disorder in which an abnormal curvature of the spine appears in late childhood or adolescence, at Bharuch’s Kaka-Ba hospital, which is run by Cadila Pharmaceuticals’ CSR arm free of cost.
