Subir Kumar Das
Mr. S.K. Das (DIN 02237356) is an Independent and Non-Executive Director of our Company since June 30, 2025. He holds degree in MSc (Chemistry) from Lucknow University, Master Of Management Studies (Finance) from BHU and CAIIB from IIFB, Mumbai He is core operational banker, served 36 years and superannuated as Chief General Manager (HRM) from a leading public sector bank, Bank of Baroda. Engaged in various business reengineering and transformation projects in Bank viz HR transformation, Training, retail banking, SME banking, branch banking.
After superannuation, worked for four years with Mckinsey & Company as Advisor and Faculty in HR and Business Process Reengineering in BFSI segment. Visiting Faculty and HR consultant with NIBM Pune, BOB Apex Training College Ahmedabad, take sessions on Innovation, leadership, HR strategic planning and execution for last four years. Imparting training to SME entrepreneurs under SME MSVENS Foundation for last 3 years.
Parul Nikunj Shah
Mrs. Parul Shah is an Independent Director having four decades of experience in the areas of production / planning, complex supply chain / logistics management, inventory management, customer order execution / servicing, field sales administration, C&F management, credit control budgeting and risk management, specific selective procurement, man management, public relation etc. Her career started with Cadila and retired as President, Supply Chain Management Department in one of our group Company.
She is also a Non- Executive Director in IRM Enterprises Private Limited. With her enthusiasm, creativity into above functions, she continuously provided the strategic and tactical leadership and trainings for retaining talented employees and valued customers of the organization.
Ramesh Choksi
Ramesh Choksi is a whole-time Director in Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and Director in CPL Biologicals Private Ltd., Casil Health products Private Ltd., IRM Enterprises Private Ltd.
Ramesh Choksi has valuable experience spanning a myriad of industries such as pharmaceuticals, cement, engineering, finance and consumer products. He has been associated with Cadila for more than 23 years, working across various positions spanning finance, costing, production, management, distribution, domestic and international marketing. His expertise pertains establishing, conceptualizing and scaling up of plants for bulk production.
Ramesh Choksi holds a Master's degree in Commerce and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of 1972 batch.
Girdhar Balwani
Girdhar Balwani is a pharmaceutical professional with remarkable experience in the Asia-Pacific region.
His expertise lies in sales, marketing and business development, besides supervision of medical, manufacturing (both formulations and API), finance and human resources. He is known to set up, nurture and grow affiliates in the Asia Pacific region. He was a Managing Director in Menarini India and was earlier associated with UCB Pharma as the Managing Director in India and then as the Regional Director in Asia Pacific. He has also been the Marketing Manager of Rhone Poulenc India (formerly May & Baker) and a Product Manager in Roussel Pharmaceuticals.
Girdhar Balwani has done his Master of Science (Pharmaceutical Administration - Marketing) from Long Island University; Brooklyn, New York and Master of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Bombay. He has also done his marketing studies from the Institute of Marketing, UK.
